AI Security & Governance
Secure AI adoption for Microsoft environments.
Your Microsoft stack is secured. But who is securing the AI layer? Assessment, implementation, and managed security for M365 Copilot and AI workloads.
The Problem
Organizations are deploying Copilot without a security review.
M365 Copilot can reach anything your users can reach. That means years of overshared SharePoint sites, Teams channels with stale permissions, and unclassified data in OneDrive are now accessible to AI -- instantly, at scale.
Most organizations have no audit trail for what AI accesses, no DLP policies scoped to AI tools, and no Conditional Access policies governing AI services. The security stack stops at the application layer. The AI layer is a blind spot.
Your IT team secures the Microsoft stack. But without AI-specific controls, Copilot amplifies every permission gap that already exists in your tenant.
It does not have to be.
Defense in Depth
6 layers. Zero blind spots.
We apply layered defense across the entire AI surface area -- from identity and access through data classification and observability.
Identities
Entra ID posture review, Conditional Access policies for AI services, and role-based access controls for Copilot and autonomous agents.
Applications
Shadow AI discovery, sanctioned tool inventory, and vendor risk scoring for every AI service touching your tenant.
Infrastructure
Zero Trust agent architecture with isolated execution environments, dedicated credentials per workload, and hardened baselines.
Network
Segmentation for AI services, egress controls scoped to model endpoints, and API gateway policies that enforce least-privilege connectivity.
Data
Sensitivity labels, DLP policies scoped to Copilot, auto-labeling rules, and data exposure risk analysis across SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Logging & Observability
Purview audit logging for AI interactions, prompt and output tracing, usage anomaly detection, and real-time incident alerting.
Packages
Assess. Remediate. Manage.
Three tiers designed to meet you where you are: find the gaps, close them, keep them closed.
AI Security Assessment
You have M365 Copilot (or want it), but nobody has reviewed what it can actually reach.
AI Security Implementation
Assessment done. Gaps known. Now you need someone to close them.
AI Security Managed Service
You do not want to think about AI security. You want someone watching it so you do not have to.
Most organizations start with the Assessment. It stands on its own as a deliverable, and the 90-day roadmap feeds directly into Implementation if you decide to continue.
How It Works
From blind spot to managed coverage.
Assess
Weeks 1-3We map your AI threat surface, review identity and data posture across your Microsoft tenant, and deliver an executive summary with a prioritized 90-day hardening roadmap.
Remediate
Weeks 4-9We close the gaps: Conditional Access for AI services, DLP scoped to Copilot, sensitivity labels, Purview audit logging, Zero Trust agent architecture, and an incident response playbook.
Manage
OngoingMonthly posture reviews, usage anomaly monitoring, policy tuning as Microsoft ships updates, quarterly executive reports, and incident response support. You focus on running the business. We handle the AI layer.
Microsoft Aligned
Built for the Microsoft stack. Not bolted on.
Every control we deploy works through the tools your organization already uses. No third-party agents, no shadow infrastructure, no new consoles to learn.
Entra ID Native
All identity controls work through your existing Entra ID tenant. No third-party identity provider required.
Purview Integrated
Audit logging, DLP, sensitivity labels, and compliance policies all configured through Microsoft Purview.
Copilot-Specific
Policies designed for how M365 Copilot actually accesses data -- not generic AI controls retrofitted after the fact.
Zero Trust Architecture
Verify explicitly, least-privileged access, assume breach. Applied to every AI workload, every agent, every interaction.

FAQ
Common questions.
How does this fit with our existing IT security?
We work alongside your existing IT team and security stack, not around them. Your Microsoft environment is already protected. We extend that protection into the AI layer. Same tenant, same tools, same trust model.
We already have M365 E5 security. Why do we need this?
E5 gives you the tools. It does not configure them for AI workloads. Copilot can reach anything your users can reach. Without AI-specific policies, that means overshared SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and OneDrive folders are all fair game.
What if we have not deployed Copilot yet?
Even better. The assessment catches exposure before Copilot amplifies it. Most organizations have years of accumulated oversharing that becomes a real problem the moment AI can surface it.
How is this different from a penetration test?
A pen test looks for ways to break in. We look at what AI can reach once it is already inside -- legitimately. The threat model is different: it is about data oversharing, lack of audit trails, and ungoverned tool access, not network vulnerabilities.
Do you replace our IT team for security?
No. We are a specialized extension. Your team manages the Microsoft stack. We add the AI security layer on top. We coordinate with your IT team throughout and hand off operational controls when the engagement ends.
What does the monthly managed service include?
Monthly posture reviews, Copilot usage and access anomaly monitoring, policy tuning as Microsoft ships updates, quarterly executive reports, and incident response support for AI-related events.
What is Zero Trust and why does it matter for AI?
Zero Trust means verify explicitly, use least-privileged access, and assume breach. For AI, that means agents get only the permissions they need, every action is logged, sensitive actions require human approval, and the system is designed to contain failures rather than propagate them.
Can we start with just the assessment?
Yes. Most customers do. The assessment stands on its own as a deliverable with a clear executive summary and 90-day roadmap. If you want to move to implementation afterward, the roadmap is already built.
